As Director of Finance, you will partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on decisions shaping Roma’s future. You will oversee financial operations across Canada and the United States, combining executive leadership with hands-on operational excellence. Your work spans planning, reporting, cash management, compliance, systems, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Develop Roma’s long-term financial strategy aligned with company objectives
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
Deliver consolidated reporting and executive financial recommendations
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and performance




Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Finance team
Requirements: Strategic leadership connecting finance with business growth
Analytical ability using data, forecasting, and financial modeling
Experience managing multiple companies or legal entities
Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. reporting and tax compliance
