Lead hands-on software development and people growth for Clio’s CBS Monetization team, working remotely across Canada’s PST or MST timezones.
As a Software Development Manager, you will build Clio’s multi-product, multi-region monetization platform. You will partner with business teams, define requirements, guide pragmatic solutions, and collaborate with product managers. The work combines technical leadership, software development, and team coaching.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and define solutions
Craft team roadmaps and drive projects from start to finish
Design, review, and code alongside your development team
Apply AI throughout project and development lifecycles
Support direct reports through effective career-focused one-on-ones
Requirements: Demonstrated people leadership in software development
Robust hands-on software development background
Experience with large-scale SaaS products
Ability to align stakeholders around pragmatic solutions
Ability to hire, coach, develop, and retain engineers
