Kerry’s Place Autism Services seeks a permanent full-time Autism Support Assistant for Supported Living. Reporting to the Manager, Services and Supports, you will enhance quality of life, health, safety, dignity, and personal fulfillment. The schedule includes days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotational hours.
Key Responsibilities: Implement Person Directed Plan goals and personal outcomes
Provide coaching in communication, social, vocational, and daily living skills
Apply Behaviour Support Plans and skill-building strategies
Administer medication according to organizational policies and procedures




Complete documentation and report safety concerns, accidents, and injuries
Requirements: Developmental Service Worker, Human Services, or Personal Support Worker credential
Ontario Secondary School completion and one year related experience
Solid oral and written communication skills
Ability to physically support adults with Autism
Valid minimum G2 license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
Bring respectful support, clinical strategy implementation, and documentation skills to adults served by Kerry’s Place in Belwood.
