Pacific Cove Properties seeks an Assistant Community Manager for its on-site team at Fig. You will support daily operations through resident communication, tenancy administration, maintenance coordination, and building inspections. The position supports a positive resident experience while working closely with the Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Respond professionally to resident questions and concerns
Support move-ins, move-outs, and suite turnovers
Track maintenance requests and coordinate staff access




Assist property inspections and report building concerns
Support rent collection and resident recordkeeping
Requirements: Residential property management or related customer-facing experience
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Organization, attention to detail, and sound judgment
BC Residential Tenancy Act knowledge is an asset
