Southbridge Care Homes seeks a Personal Support Worker reporting to the Director of Care. You will provide direct personal and nursing care while supporting physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. The work includes documentation, care planning, infection control, and resident communication.
Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with ambulation, feeding, bathing, and grooming
Support participation in activities and provide transportation assistance
Assist meal service and deliver nourishment to residents
Provide emotional, social, and palliative care support




Participate in care conferences and resident documentation
Requirements: Complete a qualifying PSW program of at least 600 hours
Knowledge and experience with care planning systems and documentation
Communicate positively with staff, residents, and families
Read and write English and understand verbal instructions
Complete vulnerable sector and two step TB checks
Bring empathy, organization, and resident care skills to Personal Support Worker duties at Warkworth Place across all scheduled shifts.
