As a Grounds Labourer, you will help keep lodge exteriors safe, clean, and guest-ready. Responsibilities cover snow removal, icicle removal, litter pickup, waste management, wood handling, equipment checks, and staff accommodation maintenance. Flexible shifts depend on weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Transparent snow and ice from exterior guest areas
Remove icicles from roofs and windows safely
Operate tools and heavy equipment during snow removal
Pile, stack, and deliver wood supplies
Assist maintenance tasks in staff accommodations
Requirements: Six months landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to perform shoveling and ladder climbing
Maintenance labor experience considered beneficial
Flexibility for shifts during extreme weather conditions
Bring practical snow removal, physical maintenance, and equipment skills to protect CRMR grounds and support guest satisfaction.
