This Yard Associate position supports a quality customer experience through product assistance, invoice checks, and safe loading. You will contribute to daily upkeep by unloading trucks, culling lumber, organizing stock, cleaning, labelling prices, and maintaining pallets. The work also includes opening and closing duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with lumber and building material purchases
- Load products safely and efficiently for customers
- Verify invoices against provided products
- Cull lumber and maintain pallets and stock
- Complete cleaning and price labelling duties
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Knowledge of building materials is an asset
- Ability to maintain clean and safe areas
- Willingness to perform related store tasks
