Supervise packaging activities while maintaining production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety. Work Monday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday overtime as required.

As the 1st Copack Line Lead, you will manage assembly line activities and temporary employees. You will train new workers, communicate production concerns, and help correct packing or machine problems. The work includes maintaining paperwork and following written specifications, company policies, equipment procedures, and Valuable Manufacturing Practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage assembly lines and temporary production employees
- Assist with labeling, casing, and product packing
- Train new temporary workforce on job expectations




- Maintain required production paperwork and documentation
- Communicate improvements and issues with management and Spherion

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination
- Preferred one year in a production environment
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- Ability to work varied, fast-paced production conditions
- Must remain compliant with required PPE

Use packaging supervision, clear communication, and production documentation to support compliant, safe, and efficient copack line performance.
