Reporting to the Manager, Major Capital Projects, the Capital Projects Officer supports and leads assigned capital and infrastructure projects. The role combines project coordination with senior project leadership responsibilities. Work spans planning, procurement support, consultant coordination, construction oversight, and project close-out for KDFN.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate assigned capital and infrastructure project delivery
Support project planning and procurement processes
Coordinate consultants and contractors throughout projects




Provide construction oversight and monitor project progress
Complete project close-out activities

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field
Three to five years of progressive capital project experience
Experience supporting procurement and working with consultants
Solid organization, documentation, and time management abilities
Valid Class 5 licence and personal vehicle access
