Job Description: Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care and service is provided to residents at Whitewood Community Health Centre. As an experienced practitioner, the Resident Care Coordinator act in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination of resident care, and support and teaching to the resident care team (including residents and residents' families)
within a team-oriented setting. The routine procedures are generally predetermined but critical thinking and independent judgment is an integral part of the position.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Other Education and Training
Nursing diploma is acceptable
Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
