Our Client, A SaaS-based technology company is looking for consultant who can deliver on the following key responsibilities:
Assess IT organizations within large enterprises and evaluate their current operating models, organizational structures, and technology capabilities.
Develop digital and IT strategies aligned with business objectives and enterprise-wide transformation goals.
Analyze IT functions, governance structures, roles, and processes to identify gaps and prospects for improvement.
Support the design of target-state IT operating models, organizational structures, and technology functions.
Conduct benchmarking and best-practice assessments of IT organizations, particularly within the financial services sector.




Develop actionable recommendations and transformation roadmaps for improving IT effectiveness, efficiency, and business alignment.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to present findings, validate recommendations, and support implementation planning.
Apply structured problem-solving and analytical approaches to address complex technology and organizational challenges.

Experience: 3–5 years
Preferred Background: McKinsey, Bain, or BCG – Digital Practice
Location: North America
