This coordinator is a welcoming first contact for donors and supporters within Mennonite Central Committee BC’s Advancement team. The position focuses on donor appreciation, engagement records, communications, and reporting. It suits someone with two to three years of experience in donor relations, administration, customer service, data management, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a welcoming first contact for donors
Coordinate initiatives recognizing and appreciating donors
Maintain donor and volunteer engagement records accurately
Maintain church engagement records for MCC BC
Support communications and reporting for Advancement
Requirements:
Two to three years of related qualified experience
Background in donor relations or administration
Customer service or data management experience
Solid organizational and communication abilities
Demonstrated relationship-building skills
