This permanent full time manager leads underwriters serving complex Workplace Benefits customers. The position supports retention, profitable growth, underwriting excellence, and portfolio development. Success requires underwriting expertise, analytical judgment, relationship building, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of underwriters
Direct complex cases and balance risk, customers, and profitability
Support National Accounts retention, growth, and profitability
Build relationships with consultants and Business Development partners
Improve underwriting practices,



processes, service, and team effectiveness

Requirements:
Five or more years in group perks or related fields
Leadership experience or interest in people leadership
Solid underwriting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Exceptional communication, influencing, organization, and time-management skills
French and English required in Quebec; bilingualism elsewhere is an asset
