Support medical candidates in a hybrid Service Agent role using bilingual communication and client-focused problem-solving for the Medical Council of Canada.

As a full time permanent Service Agent, you will become the first point of contact for MCC candidates and partners. You will answer questions through phone, email, and instant messaging chat. Your support will cover examination and repository services, including source verification, document sharing, and exam applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-line support to candidates and partners
Answer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
Assist with account management and password resets
Guide clients through document sharing processes
Support examinations, ECA reports,



and LMCC inquiries

Requirements:
One to three years of front-line customer service experience
Experience supporting clients across multiple communication channels
Skilled handling of sensitive and confidential information
Exceptional English and French verbal and written communication
College diploma or equivalent education and experience

Use bilingual service, accuracy, and sound judgment to guide MCC clients through significant medical credential processes.
