As a Financial Service Representative with LendDirect, you will guide new and existing customers through loan processes. You will explain financial products, identify suitable upsell prospects, manage calls, and address past-due accounts. Hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring support skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
