Support SAP IBP production operations through incident resolution, data integration, and troubleshooting in a hybrid application support role.

This SAP IBP Application Support Analyst supports IBP and SAP S/4HANA integration. The work covers planning processes, business users, system enhancements, and reliable operations. SAP IBP represents approximately half the workload, with broader S/4HANA functional development across SD, MM, Pricing, Finance, or IS-Oil & Gas.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day SAP IBP and S/4HANA integration support
Resolve ServiceNow incidents and service requests
Investigate forecasts, planning views, key figures, and master data
Analyze data replication and interface failures across systems
Support upgrades, testing, deployments,



and post-release validation

Requirements:
Experience supporting IBP Planning Areas, Key Figures, and Planning Views
Understanding of master data, transactional data, and planning processes
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration and data flows
Experience with CPI-DS or similar SAP integration technologies
Solid troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills
