Cohere is growing its Canadian Public Sector Delivery team and seeks analysts supporting large, multi-stakeholder government programs. You will work alongside Engineering Program Managers, Technical Leads, and senior leadership. The work centers on organization, documentation, client coordination, and forward progress.

Key Responsibilities:
Track actions, dependencies, and blockers across Cohere and client teams
Prepare client sessions and capture outcomes
Coordinate agendas, scheduling, minutes, reporting, and follow-ups
Maintain plans, status reports, RAID logs,



and decision records
Keep public sector program documentation as a single source of truth

Requirements:
Four years’ experience in technology or management consulting
Experience maintaining project plans, user stories, and delivery logs
Ability to lead working sessions in front of clients
Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance
