Brookfield Residential is seeking a Financial Analyst for its Alberta Homes and Alberta Commercial finance functions. The role supports monthly guidance, annual Business Plans, project proformas, and management reporting. You will analyze budgets, forecasts, financial statements, and scenarios across Calgary, Edmonton, and Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and consolidate monthly guidance for Alberta divisions
Maintain continuity spreadsheets and validate forecast actuals
Build and maintain Multi-Family and Commercial proformas
Prepare monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial documents
Develop project sensitivity and scenario analyses

Requirements:
Undergraduate Commerce, Accounting, or Finance degree
Pursuing or holding CPA or CFA designation
Four or more years of related experience
Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency
Experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
