Operate aerospace production equipment at Schaeffler Aerospace Canada Inc. in Stratford, using precision measurement and mechanical aptitude. This full time position supports production quality.

As a Side Grinding Machine Operator, you will set up and operate CNC or manually controlled equipment. The work includes troubleshooting process issues, inspecting completed work, recording production data, and maintaining 5S standards. You will also access production procedures, interpret production prints, and train other operators as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate at least one production process
Troubleshoot production issues to meet required standards
Inspect work using provided precision measuring equipment




Record data in routers, IMS, and tracking systems
Maintain housekeeping and 5S across production areas

Requirements:
Grade 12 diploma
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret production prints
Adequate computer skills for accessing procedures
Ability to pass required Canadian and ITAR assessments
