As a Customer Support Advisor, you will expand Brandt’s customer base and strengthen loyalty through personalized communication. The position combines prospecting, customer visits, sales reporting, and coordination with parts, service, and sales managers. You will also maintain records, pricing information, and company vehicle inventory.
Key Responsibilities: Develop relationships with prospective customers and target new prospects
Complete customer visits to maximize sales opportunities
Record calls, meetings, quotes, opportunities, and relevant notes




Provide competitive product and pricing information to Parts Management
Follow up on complaints and communicate resolutions to managers
Requirements: Previous sales experience within the industry
Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Ability to work unsupervised and within a team
Positive, professional approach to internal and external challenges
Solid time management and deadline management skills
Use customer development, sales reporting, and after-sales support skills to strengthen Brandt’s parts and service relationships.
