Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative building system repairs
Inspect kitchen equipment, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC
Complete painting, minor construction, and general repairs




Service ventilation systems, roof exhausts, and kitchen filters
Maintain explicit entrances, sidewalks, and fire exits
Requirements: High school education diploma or equivalent
Experience with general maintenance and repairs
Experience around machinery, building trades, and operations
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
