Deliver polished banquet service in Cambridge with B*HOSPITALITY, using strong communication and attention to detail during events. This part time role is in person.
As a Banquet Server reporting to the Banquet Manager, you will support conferences, weddings, and workshops. The work includes preparing rooms, greeting guests, serving food and beverages, and assisting with event requests. Success requires confidence, enthusiasm, flexibility, and consistent service.
Key Responsibilities: Set up banquet rooms with linens, service ware, and glassware
Attend roll call meetings before each event
Greet guests and respond courteously to requests
Serve food and beverages according to supervisor expectations
Reset rooms and support audio visual event service
Requirements: Excellent communication and robust attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Smart Serve certification preferred; serving experience preferred
