Support Gwillimdale Farms’ vegetable operations as a Forklift Operator in Bradford, Ontario, handling facility materials with safety and precision. Full time hours vary seasonally.
This position focuses on moving, storing, and distributing raw materials and products for production needs. You will read schedules and orders, place materials according to sequence, and communicate with employees and department managers. Construction experience is an asset, while evening, weekend, and overtime hours may occur during planting and harvest seasons.
Key Responsibilities: Read production, customer, work, and shipping orders
Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins
Operate assigned forklifts throughout the facility




Identify and report forklift defects promptly
Complete additional assigned tasks as required
Requirements: Valid forklift license with previous experience
Ability to communicate with employees and managers
Decisive problem-solving in operational situations
Ability to meet loading and production deadlines
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend
Use forklift experience, communication, and time management to keep Gwillimdale Farms materials moving through seasonal production demands.
