The Building Maintenance Attendant works under the Maintenance Director within Tidan Hospitality and Real Estate Group. Responsibilities cover general repairs, cleaning, minor electrical maintenance, and exterior upkeep. The position serves an international clientele at 666 Sherbrooke Street West.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out general building repairs and maintenance duties
Paint surfaces and complete required touch-up work
Install light fixtures and replace outdated outlets
Replace smoke detectors as maintenance needs arise
Complete tasks efficiently to high quality standards
Requirements: Bilingualism in French and English is required
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
