GoodLife Fitness is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Peterborough Voyageur Place club. You will lead a team of sales associates, train and coach staff, and own the new member experience to drive health and fitness goals.
You will onboard and develop your team, educate on sales and relationship-building to grow memberships, and support daily club operations alongside the General Manager in a fast-paced, inclusive workplace.
