Serve guests at Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver with polished hospitality, menu knowledge, and accurate food and beverage delivery. This is a full time contract.
As a Server reporting to the ARC Restaurant & Bar General Manager, you will represent Fairmont Waterfront’s dining experience. Provide friendly service, explain menu items, and maintain knowledge of beverages, promotions, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods. The contract runs from October 2026 through June 2027.
Key Responsibilities: Offer professional, friendly, and engaging guest service
Explain menu items informatively and helpfully
Maintain knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly
Follow service, safety, and sanitation standards
Requirements: Previous food and beverage service experience required
Previous point of sale system experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds
Bring reliable service, menu expertise, and guest-focused communication to Fairmont Waterfront’s Vancouver restaurant and lounge experience.
