As a temporary, part-time Parts Coordinator, you will support Technical Support Services through March 31, 2027. You will connect field technicians, customers, manufacturers, and distributors while checking equipment details, tracking orders, and supporting warranty decisions. Key Responsibilities: Verify equipment, serial numbers, and site details
Contact suppliers about pricing, availability, and delivery estimates
Create and update cases in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Track orders and resolve shipping delays
Maintain records for returns, credits, shipments, and warranties
Requirements: One to three years in data entry or logistics
Strong attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office and Excel
Experience with a CRM or inventory system
Suitable home office and independent work ability
Bring order processing, warranty coordination, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 skills to FLō Energy Solutions’ remote technical support team.
