As a Restaurant and Sports Bar Supervisor, you will lead front-of-house operations during assigned management shifts. Support teammates, coach during service, and help create exceptional guest experiences. Report to restaurant leadership while helping build teamwork, respect, accountability, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate dining room, bar, and expo operations during shifts
Lead by example and support teammates during busy periods
Coach teammates and share service knowledge
Adjust floor assignments, breaks, and staffing levels
Resolve guest concerns using sound judgment

Requirements:
Approachable, dependable, and willing to take initiative
Explicit communication and composure during busy periods
Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Smart Serve, Food Handler, and First Aid/CPR assets
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
