This technician role supports client environments through preventive visits and proactive management. You will maintain servers, networks, backups, and infrastructure while addressing technical risks. The work also includes security patches, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preventive visits and proactive maintenance activities
Maintain servers, networks, backups, and IT infrastructure
Identify, address, and follow up on technical risks
Apply required cybersecurity patches across client environments




Update technical debt registers and recommend improvements

Requirements:
Minimum three years relevant IT infrastructure experience
Hands-on MSP or multi-client workplace experience
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server
Networking, backups, cybersecurity, and monitoring experience
Bilingual French and English with a valid driver's licence
