COSTI Immigrant Services is seeking a Retention Specialist to join our North York team. This full-time, 35-hour-per-week, in office role focuses on supporting clients and employers to sustain meaningful employment, with duties spanning onboarding, follow-up at 1,3,6 and 12 months, and proactive retention interventions.
The position requires a strong client-centered approach, excellent problem-solving and coordination across internal services, with evenings and weekend hours as needed.
