Island Health offers a regular full time Specialty RN Training Opportunity in Perinatal within the Comox Valley region. The program blends theory and practicum to prepare you for the specialty department, after which you will enter a standard rotation in that specialty.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager or designate, the role emphasizes patient safety, quality improvement and adherence to nursing standards. Active RN registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives is required, with a planned
