O'Dell HVAC Group seeks an HVAC Service Technician for its Service team. Reporting to the HVAC Service Manager, you will support contractors during installs and start-ups. The work combines field troubleshooting, phone assistance, product knowledge, and customer support across commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Start up and commission systems alongside contractors
- Troubleshoot wiring, piping, programming, and technical issues
- Provide virtual, phone, and hands-on customer support
- Assist Sales with product layouts and integration
- Process warranty claims with contractors and internal teams

Requirements:

- Licensed Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic
- Licensed Gas Fitter, ideally Class 1 or minimum Class 2
- Three to five years commercial and industrial HVAC service experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract
- Willingness to travel within service territories
