This full-time summer program is designed for students graduating between August 2027 and June 2028. You will tackle real RBC business challenges with specialists across business, data, and programming. The program supports product development through mentors, coaches, subject matter experts, and technical training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop a fully functional prototype
- Transform, clean, mine, troubleshoot, and engineer data
- Collaborate with cross-functional specialists and executive sponsors
- Research business challenges and develop innovative products




- Present project strategy and communications to stakeholders

Requirements:

- Current post-secondary enrollment with specified graduation dates
- Understanding of programming languages, databases, platforms, and frameworks
- Experience applying modern data science techniques
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Machine learning, artificial intelligence, APIs, or visualization experience
