This Asset Protection Associate helps maintain a safe, secure, and professional store workplace. You will conduct patrols, verify security features, investigate shrink incidents, and communicate findings to Store Leadership. The position supports theft investigations, emergency procedures, and store operations while following Company guidelines and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily store patrols and verify security features
- Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents
- Communicate findings clearly to Store Leadership
- Support evacuations, emergencies, and store task teams
- Carry out external apprehensions when required

Requirements:

- Age 16 or older
- Security Guard License
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift inventory
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally 50
