Key Responsibilities: Perform standard caretaking and maintenance duties
Operate custodial equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely
Complete building maintenance and basic repairs
Operate basic HVAC systems and apply energy-management practices
Maintain records and provide recommendations to the Manager
Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent
Three years of related custodial, building operations, or maintenance experience
Valid driver’s licence
WHMIS and First Aid/CPR certification
Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bring custodial, maintenance, HVAC, and organizational skills to support students, staff, and school operations across the Division.
