Represent Westburne at the counter in Cobourg, combining electrical product knowledge, customer service, and warehouse order support full time.
As a Counter Sales Warehouse Associate, you will build customer relationships while supporting Westburne’s electrical distribution business. You will provide product information, handle inquiries, process orders, and maintain stock visibility. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will also support sales initiatives and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
Service customers directly through counter sales
Process orders while confirming product availability
Build brand recognition as a Brand Ambassador
Reflect Westburne’s corporate image consistently

Proven ability to build customer relationships

One to two years of relevant experience
