This Bilingual Collections Analyst manages assigned accounts and helps reduce aging and bad debt through practical customer solutions. You will maintain accurate records, investigate past-due balances, and coordinate with Credit, Cash Applications, Customer Service and Sales. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve past-due balances by identifying underlying account causes
Partner with customers on payment solutions and timely resolution
Maintain complete records of collection activity and interactions




Coordinate with teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt
Find process improvements that strengthen customer experience
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred for this analyst position
Fluency in spoken and written English and French
One-plus years’ relevant experience preferred
Microsoft Word and Excel working knowledge
