Serve members through complex banking support and product sales as a Member Service Representative III at Sunrise. Provide branch-based service under general supervision.
This senior member service position supports account opening, deposits, investments, and daily banking processes. You will assist with complex financial situations, connect members with loans and accounting, and guide junior representatives when needed. The role also supports branch administration, cash handling, and specialized registered products.
Key Responsibilities: Open current memberships, including estate accounts
Promote registered products, broker deposits, and services
Coordinate member needs with credit union departments




Reconcile accounts and transmit cheques for settlement
Process deposits, withdrawals, and cash transactions
Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 education
Three years of cash experience or equivalent combination
Post-secondary education preferred
Proven credit union or financial institution experience preferred
Ability to provide technical guidance to junior representatives
Bring banking knowledge, cash-handling accuracy, and member service expertise to Sunrise as a Member Service Representative III.
