RBC seeks a Financial Advisor who can attract, nurture, and grow high-value client relationships. You will provide proactive advice across everyday banking, investments, and credit while collaborating with RBC partners. Empathy, communication, and digital literacy support a robust Advice Experience for complex personal and business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Understand client circumstances, motivators, concerns, and financial goals
Deliver client-centric advice and resolve concerns at first contact
Address complex credit and investment needs appropriately
Educate clients about digital self-service and channel choices
Build relationships supporting acquisition and retention locally
Requirements: Valid Mutual Funds accreditation through Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada
Completed Designated Financial Services Advisor designation, where applicable
Two to three years' financial services sales experience
Experience handling credit and investments
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
Bring financial services sales, investment knowledge, and relationship-building expertise to RBC clients at 5855 Spring Garden Road.
