Daily responsibilities include order follow-up, issue resolution, sales processing, and maintaining organized displays.
Key Responsibilities: Provide responsive showroom, phone, and email sales support
Explain lighting fixtures, bulbs, and design selections
Prepare pricing, quotes, takeoffs, and project information
Resolve defects, replacements, and service-related product concerns




Refresh displays and maintain accurate product information
Requirements: Two to five years in customer service, retail, or showroom sales
Solid communication with customers, contractors, and team members
Ability to read design drawings and source catalogue products
Computer skills for quotes, searches, and communication
Friendly, patient, organized, and detail-oriented approach
Use lighting knowledge, communication, and visual presentation skills to support customers and sales at Gerrie Electric’s showroom.
