Support Ingersoll Rand customers through responsive service coordination, clear communication, and practical problem solving at Wiseworth Canada. Based in Surrey, this position serves the Lower Mainland service team.
The Service Coordinator is a customer-focused contact for service assistance, appointments, estimates, and approvals. You will work with customers, technicians, management, parts personnel, and Account Managers. Success requires professionalism, attention to detail, follow-through, and an interest in learning industrial equipment, parts, maintenance requirements, and service processes.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries by telephone, email, and in person
Listen to concerns and identify practical service solutions
Prepare estimates and communicate service recommendations




Follow up for required customer approvals
Build lasting relationships through reliable communication
Requirements: Friendly, qualified, and customer-focused approach
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Interest in technical equipment and service processes
