The Video Producer/Writer manages production while contributing creative concepts and campaign content. Responsibilities span team leadership, project planning, contractor coordination, scripts, and post-production oversight. The role supports brand objectives through organized, high-quality multimedia work.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily video team priorities, reviews, and quality standards
Coordinate contractors, shoots, props, wardrobe, and set decoration
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and production documentation
Write scripts for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and traditional media




Analyze performance and improve future video productions
Requirements: Degree or diploma in broadcast media, journalism, marketing, or communications
Minimum five years of video production experience
Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools
Advanced knowledge of equipment and editing software
Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and scriptwriting skills
