Responsibilities & Duties
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Review and enter purchase invoices

Sort and match invoices/receipts

Assist with the preparation of cheque runs

Assist with accounts payable transactions

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

Assist with any other task as assigned by the accounting team

Education & Experience
This level of positions is for incumbents wishing to pursue a career in Accounts Payable or Finance:

Field of study in Accounting or Finance





Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, or similar ERP system preferred

Knowledge in Microsoft and Excel

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Proficient in data entry management with solid attention to detail
