Key Responsibilities: Prioritize enhancements with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
Recommend process and security improvements
Implement releases and change management activities
Oversee governance, testing, approvals, and gap analyses
Generate insights supporting strategic decisions
Requirements: Three to five years of Workday experience
Experience with business process, reporting, and demand management
Business problem identification and critical thinking skills
Experience delivering large-scale projects in complex environments
Agile collaboration with technical and business teams
