The Heist, Thinkingbox’s motion design, live action, and post-production studio, seeks an Intermediate Editor for its post-production team. You will edit commercial and branded content while collaborating with VFX artists, motion designers, creative teams, senior editors, and producers. The work spans broadcast, social campaigns, and integrated projects.
Key Responsibilities: Edit commercial and branded content across multiple platforms
Collaborate with VFX, motion design, and creative teams
Support editorial work from concept through final delivery
Assist with online, colour preparation, conform, and versioning




Provide creative input on pacing, structure, and storytelling
Requirements: Three or more years editing commercial, branded, or agency content
Experience supporting broadcast and digital finishing and delivery
Understanding of VFX and motion pipelines
Portfolio demonstrating robust storytelling and editorial fundamentals
Legal ability to travel to the United States when necessary
Bring commercial editing, finishing knowledge, and storytelling fundamentals to The Heist’s Vancouver post-production team.
