This Teacher delivers centralized Grade 8 curriculum through engaging lessons, activities, resources, and assessments. The position supports individual needs through the adaptive dimension and integrates First Nations and Métis perspectives. Collaboration includes colleagues, support staff, administration, students, parents, and guardians.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality asynchronous Grade 8 instruction
Plan lessons, activities, assignments, and meaningful resources
Assess progress through formative and summative assessments
Maintain accurate student achievement records
Communicate progress,



concerns, and next steps with families
Requirements: Bachelor of Education or equivalent Saskatchewan teaching certification
Valid Saskatchewan teaching certificate and SPTRB membership
Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation membership
Proficiency with digital teaching and communication platforms
Knowledge integrating Indigenous content and perspectives
Support Grade 8 learners through asynchronous teaching, digital platforms, assessment, and culturally responsive online classroom practices.
