Build customer relationships as a Desjardins Insurance Agency Account Manager, using sales skills and transparent communication in a full time position.

This Account Manager works with the public and supports an independent contractor agent within the Desjardins exclusive agent network. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance products and services. Customer service includes inquiries about availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.

Requirements:
Preferred sales experience in retail, inside, outside, or telemarketing
Preferred record of meeting sales goals or quotas
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive problem-solving and customer service dedication
Property and Casualty license preferred or obtainable
