You will manage material flow, assemble wooden products, interpret production paperwork and CAD drawings, and follow Standardized Work, Control Plans, and Product Specifications. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing equipment and required hand tools
Assemble wooden products according to documented requirements
Interpret customer requirements from paperwork and CAD drawings




Identify problems and communicate issues to supervisors
Participate in cross-training and standard work improvements

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to interpret drawings, dimensions, and tape measurements
Ability to follow documented process controls
Organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods
