This manager oversees Magna Powertrain’s North American compliance processes and internal control assessments. The work spans SOX 404, US GAAP, IT remediation, internal audits, and recent-entity integration. You will coordinate divisions, management, Internal Audit, and Magna’s Compliance department.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage SOX testing and internal control assessments
Coordinate quarterly 302 certification processes across divisions
Lead internal audit follow-up reviews and action plans
Direct IT remediation timelines and deliverables
Guide current-entity compliance and SOX documentation

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
CPA designation required
Seven to ten years’ relevant manufacturing experience
Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX 404
Ability to travel approximately 25% domestically and internationally
