This Business Process Manager role suits an experienced manufacturing or construction operations qualified. You will analyze end-to-end processes, standardize workflows, and translate operational requirements into ERP functionality and data. The work spans continuous improvement, implementation, and operational adoption across Matix Lumber.

Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize improvement prospects across estimating, inventory, production, and customer service
Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes using Lean Six Sigma
Develop procedures, process maps, templates, and performance indicators
Coordinate ERP configuration, implementation, testing,



and optimization
Facilitate workshops and training supporting change adoption

Requirements:
Five or more years in process improvement or operational excellence
Manufacturing or construction operations experience
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training or certification
Hands-on ERP requirements, mapping, configuration, and implementation experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
